Over the next year, Jayr made his big screen debut playing the role of Dan in the romance drama “Drown”, directed by Dean Francis, after which he played Jacob in the short comedy “The alarm”, written and directed by Leigh Joel Scott in the same year. Subsequently, he made guest appearances as Qi in two episodes of the fourth season of the ABC1 comedy-drama series “Rake” in 2016.
Rise to Power and “Another Life”
Next, Jayr landed a small role as a holy fare host in the 2019 romantic comedy film “Always Be My Maybe,” written by Ali Wong, Michael Golamco and Randall Park, and directed by Nahnatchka Khan.
