Miss Teen USA and Other Accomplishments
Wolf traveled to the Bahamas to compete in Miss Teen USA 2013; this iteration of the pageant was hosted by Australian journalist Karl Jeno Schmid alongside Miss Teen USA 2003 Tami Farrell. Previous contest winner Logan West was there to crown her successor – Wolf was going to win the contest. All 50 states and the District of Columbia competed that year, and the competition was streamed online via Xbox Live. Her victory there led her to become the 31st Miss Teen USA; the titleholder has responsibilities similar to many national pageant titleholders during their one-year reign.

At the end of 2013, Cassidy was the victim of a sextortion case, in which a hacker attempted to blackmail her using photographs of her taken from her laptop’s webcam. She reported the threat to authorities which led the FBI to get involved. The hacker demanded a special performance and videos from her; after investigation, the FBI tracked down suspect Jared James Abrahams who was his former high school classmate. He was arrested and pleaded guilty to hacking into the computers of up to 150 women.
To obtain nude images and videos of victims, he installed highly invasive malware called Blackshades, which allowed him to remotely control his victims’ computers. It was revealed that one of his victims was a 14-year-old girl. He was sentenced to 18 months in federal prison. Since then, she has moved on with her life and has become a recipient of merit from the National Young Arts Foundation. She also received scholarships to attend the Joffrey Ballet in New York and was invited to the Professional Intern Jazz Program.
