Early life and education
Nick was raised as an only child in Trabuco Canyon, by his father who is a lawyer and his mother who works as a teacher at a local elementary school.
He attended primary school where his mother teaches, and it was there that he became interested in becoming a musician, beginning to take piano lessons at the age of eight. He was also learning to play the guitar, but could not learn both due to other obligations, and so focused solely on the piano.
After enrolling in high school, Nick became very athletic, playing soccer, volleyball, baseball, basketball, and ice hockey, then he added golf to the list.

Nick made his first appearance in 2010 in the 28th episode of the second season of the “The suite life on deckTV series titled “Zack and Cody on the Command Bridge”. The series follows twin brothers Zack and Cody Martin and London hotel heiress Tipton after they enroll in a semester-at-sea program aboard a ship named SS Tipton.
In 2011, he was guest-starred in the film ‘Lemonade Mouth’, directed by Patricia Riggen, while he also performed some of the songs from the film’s soundtrack, which pinterest.com describes as “follows five high school kids who meet in detention and start a band based on the lemonade vending machine outside the detention room”. Nick has been a fan of the film industry since a young age, and in particular of actors and actresses such as Leonardo DiCaprio, Matt Damon and Angelina Jolie, while some of the films he enjoys watching the most are ’12 Angry Men’, ‘The Good, The Bad, and The Ugly’ and ‘Catch Me If You Can’. His acting career has taken him all over the United States, while he has also been to France and Italy as well as Japan and India.
He has learned to play many sports over the years, and he thinks it is better to know how to play several and be average in them rather than concentrating on one sport even if you are very good at it. He also goes to the gym several times a week, but prefers to play outdoor sports like skiing and snowboarding in the winter, and beach soccer and volleyball in the summer.
