Since her father served in Germany as a soldier (later as a bus driver), her mother decided to settle near her aunt in Rixheim. After several months, the family returns to their hometown of Pau. Pau and Étain were the places where Michael Gregorio spent his youth and adolescence.
During his time at the Perse circus school in Verdun, he became a juggler.
He has been taking acting lessons since the age of 14 and has appeared in plays such as Dorn von Horváth’s “Don Juan returns from the war” (directed by Anne-Margrit Leclerc) and “Great fear and misery of Third Reich” (directed by Bertold Brecht). He obtained his baccalaureate in theater in 2001.

Career
Announcing that he was going to be Seed Imitator, he took part in Seeds of Star, on M6, which he won twice. The musician began performing at the age of sixteen, with his manager, David Hardit.
The classic 90 minutes for laughs from 1989 with Anthony Kavanagh, Maxime and Bruno Salomone was performed by him at Bercy in 2002 and 2003 as part of TF1’s Coups d’amour produced by Gérard Louvin. His first year of law (via the CNED) was interrupted when he obtained a contract at the Vingtième Théâtre.
Revelation
A program on France 2 entitled Your Favorite Imitations brought him into contact with Laurent Ruquier in 2004. Known for his imitative performances, he composed duets with renowned singers such as Garou, Nicoletta and Joe Cocker. He also performed at the Just for Laughs Festival in Montreal (2005).
Its first performance at the Café de la Danse in December 2006 was extended until April 2007 with a production by Laurent Ruquier. He then toured throughout France in 2007. Since 2006, he has participated in the Paris humor festival, the Printemps du rire festival in Toulouse and the Just for Laughs festival in Nantes.
His impressive repertoire is distinguished by its originality and eclecticism. He also enhanced great voices, including those of Luciano Pavarotti, Louis Armstrong and Ray Charles. Armande Altaï helps him perfect his singing technique. Apart from Elie Semoun, Michael rarely imitates spoken voices.

In En ConcertS, Michael Gregorio presents a musical and humorous show composed of a mixture of new performances and original voices (Shakira, U2, Raphaël, etc.), as well as some of the classics for which he is famous (Jacques Brel, Ray Charles, etc.) In June 2013, he performed at the Trianon to capture the show En ConcertS (DVD release November 12, 2013) then from December 18 to 31, 2013.

From October 10 to December 14, the 2008 Mont-Blanc Humor Festival in Saint-Gervais-les-Bains ended with five sold-out shows at the Bataclan, marked by a “Jury’s Favorite”.
He toured France and French-speaking countries (Switzerland, Tunisia, etc.) before returning to perform at the Bataclan from December 16 to 31, 20098 in his new show Michael Gregorio pirates singers. The following year, he received the Henri Salvad’Or prize, which rewards the rising stars of comedy.
The French television channel France 2 presented him on September 26, 2009, in a program called Your favorite singers offering parodies and unexpected duets with Christophe Willem, Lara Fabian, Florent Pagny, Pascal Obispo, Grégoire, etc.
As part of the celebration of the 20th anniversary of the Montreux Laughter Festival, he hosts the opening gala.
In 2010, the team went on a sold-out tour of France, Switzerland, Belgium, Tunisia and other French-speaking countries.

The show En Concert, captured at the Trianon in June 2013, was released on DVD on November 12, 2013. It also performed again from June 18 to December 31, 2013.
Performing for the first time at the Théâtre du Châtelet in March 2014, he is the first imitator to perform in this institution. Having a rock’n’roll version of his show with more hip-hop accents was at the center of his last performance at the Olympia in Paris in 2014. In March 2015, he presented two concerts in Paris and Lyon in his new rock ‘n’roll version.
Michel Gregorio has given more than 320 concerts in front of more than 500,000 spectators with En ConcertS.
He appears in the TV movie Les Fusillées by Philippe Triboit, a TV movie in which he plays alongside Grégoire Leprince-Ringuet, broadcast on November 10, 2015 on France 3 (DVD release on November 17, 2015).

He once again lends the voice to an animated film, Mune: Gardien de la Lune, by Benoît Philippon and Alexandre Heboyan, where he plays Mune, with the voices of Omar Sy and Izïa Higelin.
Also, he is part of the cast of Malaterra, broadcast on France 2 from November 18, 2015, alongside Simon Abkarian, Constance Dollé, Nicolas Duvauchelle, and Louise Monot.

After working with new voices in a new staging, he returned with an anniversary show in 2016 titled ” I am 10 years old ! which included highlights from each of his previous three shows. The artist was on tour in 2016 and 2017. He was at Bercy Accor Hotels Arena on Friday December 16, 2016, and at Salle Pleyel on Sunday March 17, 2017. During the 2017-2018 school year, he performed at the Bataclan on October 18 at the AccorHotels Arena in Bercy on December 21, 2017, for the last appearance of this show.
As for his latest project, Voix libre, he worked on it with Valentine Losseau and Raphaël Navarro and the show was presented across the country in the fall of 2019.
A new show entitled: L’Odyssée de la Voix, was presented by Michal Gregorio and his musicians in 2021.
