Martha Sugalski began her career in intern positions at local station WPBF-TV in West Palm Beach, Florida while still a student at her Alma Mater. She improved her skills and moved on to station reporting. Almost a year later, she left WPBF-TV to work in the team of WTVJ-TV and then WPTV-TV, occupying the same positions, then was promoted to presenter of the channel.
