Camille Combal is a French television and radio host. He is the current host of Dancing with the Stars, Mask Singer, Who Wants to Be a Millionaire? and A Golden Family. He is also known to be the co-host of Touche pas à mon poste! for six seasons.

Career

Combal began as a trainee at Fun Radio in 2006. In 2007, he replaced Manu Payet at NRJ, alongside Bruno Guillon and Florian Gazan. In 2008, he took a job at Virgin Radio. He hosted their morning show alongside Sébastien Cauet. He worked at Virgin Radio until June 2018. He left in 2018 to join TF1. On July 12, 2012, he joined Michel Drucker on Europe 1 as a columnist in Bringing in the Guest.

In 2008, Combal also began presenting the program L’Édition Spéciale on Canal+. In early 2009, the W9 channel chose him to host a daily entertainment program, a 5-minute daily zapping, AZAP. From November 2009 to 2010, he succeeded Pierre Mathieu in the presentation of the short program Plus vite que la musique on M6.

In 2009, Combal joined the television channel W9, and in 2010, he joined M6, alongside Estelle Denis. He presented the talk show C8 Touche pas à mon poste! alongside Cyril Hanouna, before leaving the series in 2018 after six seasons.

From October 29, 2011 to December 23, 2011, he presented La Semaine Dans le retro on W9 on Saturday evenings, a weekly talk show in the second half of the evening. On December 13, 2013, he hosted the prime time show On chante tous Disney with Valérie Bénaïm on D8. The show attracted nearly one million viewers (994,000) for an audience share of 4.3%. From June 18, 2015, he succeeds Cyril Hanouna at the presentation of the game L’Œuf ou la Poule? , broadcast in prime time on D8. After presenting his sixth and final issue on February 4, 2016, he was replaced by Estelle Denis. He also hosted a series of What does Camille think of it? between 2016 and 2017.

As part of the presentation of Who Wants to Be a Millionaire?, the 2019 series began with a celebrity special hosted by Jean-Pierre Foucault in which Combal was in the running. He also hosts his own show, Plan C, which uses carpool karaoke.

During the COVID-19 pandemic, Combal hosted episodes of Who Wants to Be a Millionaire? from his living room. In 2020, Combal became the presenter of Une Famille en or, a French adaptation of the American game show Family Feud and the British game show Family Fortunes. He also took part in District Z, the new game show produced by Arthur and presented by Denis Brogniart. From June 2021, he signed up for new shows on TF1: Camille & Images and Marble Mania, the incredible marble race with Yoann Riou.
