According to the arrest affidavit, Riverton police were contacted by an unidentified person after seeing the photos. They told police the footage appeared to be of girls between the ages of 8 and 15.
Before speaking to the police, the complainant contacted the man’s brother. The brother then reportedly said with Jason Lytton, 40. According to the affidavit, Lytton then obtained the person who found the images and admitted the child pornography, adding that he “had a problem”. Lytton said he wanted to speak with the witness before speaking with anyone else.
After obtaining a search warrant, Riverton Police detectives searched Lytton’s phone and found the file containing the photos. Inside, detectives say they have found more than 1,000 images of naked young girls. In addition, detectives found “several homemade videos” of child pornography.

Report: Images revealed while attempting to set up the Venmo account. “The investigation began as police said Lytton was trying to create a Venmo account for his business. To do this, he gave “his email account and passwords to his iCloud” to another person so that person could link the Venmo and iCloud business accounts, according to a police reservation affidavit.
